President
Renda is founder and President of Burkhart & Company, P.C. She graduated
with highest honors from the University of Tennessee and ranked in the top 2%
of National Accounting scholars. Prior to Burkhart & Company, Renda worked
for Arthur Andersen & Company in its Chattanooga and Knoxville offices.
With more than 25 years of concentrated experience, Renda has developed considerable
expertise in tax and financial management. She focuses especially on the individual
estate management process and related areas including the harvesting of returns
from the entrepreneurial enterprise, succession planning, personal goal setting
and strategy and charitable planning. In addition, Renda serves on the boards
of public and private foundations, as well as manufacturing and health care organizations.
She is involved in numerous community initiatives and maintains an active interest
in the development of individual Firm members.
