Nicki received her Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Tennessee in 1994. She joined Burkhart & Company in 1998 after working in audit and accounting positions for the University of Tennessee, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and IPIX.

Nicki draws from her diverse experience to provide services primarily for privately-owned businesses and their owners. Her emphasis is in business advisory, accounting and financial reporting services. She especially enjoys working closely alongside her clients’ management teams, serving in effect at times as an outsourced CFO. She is experienced in banking transactions, accounting “turnaround” projects, and strategic planning. Nicki also ensures that the tax needs of these businesses and their owners are addressed in concert with their other financial matters.
