Burkhart & Company Telephone Update
We would
like to remind our clients and business affiliates to call our published
telephone number when calling our office. That number is 865-523-7400.
Please reprogram your contact information for our office to reflect
this number rather than any secondary numbers which may have registered
on your caller ID.
Recently, we were informed that a busy signal is sometimes received
when calling our office. Except in very rare cases, this should
only happen if you call a secondary line that is only intended as
an outbound line from our office. All secondary lines, which begin
with 291 are not designed as inbound
lines, and will not “roll” a caller to an available
open line.
In order to prevent callers from returning a call to an outbound
line, all calls coming from Burkhart & Company’s secondary
lines will register as “private” or “blocked” beginning September 1, 2010.
We hope this new procedure will eliminate the inconvenience of receiving
a busy signal when calling our office. Please let us know if you
